What to wear to a 5 star hotel wedding in central London?

I’v been invited to my cousin’s wedding at a 5 star hotel in London in March and have no idea what to wear. I’m going to both the ceremony and the recption so will need something that will be suitable for both. The invitation states “black tie”. I’m a 24 year old girl - can anyone recommend something I could wear? Bearing in mind it’s usually pretty cold in London in March! Thanks!

Can anyone recommend a decent hotel in Central London?

My boyfriend and I will be over in London in early july and i’m have trouble finding a decent reasonably priced hotel. We’re looking to stay about a four or five nights an are looking to spend no more than £180-£200 each on accommodation. Preference is around Hyde park, Earls Court, or Camden Town but we’re open to somewhere a little bit further out if it means we can find somewhere that bit cheaper.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
