Job offer from Radisson Hotel London is it a scam?

I had an offer from,Radisson Hotel London and telling me to coordinate with the London Border Agency because they are the one who will process my documents but I have to pay for all the charges and I can reinbursed with the hotel. My big question also is the offer salary which is a whoping 10,920 USD.monthly. How can I verify with the hotel if this is true but there is a contact number for the HR for verifications.

Can I check into a London hotel at 19 years old, traveling with a 17 year old friend?

The hotel we’re looking to stay at comes free for two nights when I book a round trip flight with British Airways (Holiday Inn Regents Park).
